Your role
- Integration of business processes, data, and systems
- Not just analysis—but implementation and development
- Active contribution to the company's scalability
Your tasks
- Analysis and understanding of business processes (Sales, Production, Finance)
- Development of KPI logic and data-driven management models
- Report generation (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Working with databases (SQL, data models)
- Process automation (Power Automate, Make, Zapier)
- Translating processes into functional systems
What you bring with you
- 1–3 years of experience (student worker, entry-level, early career)
- Experience in multiple business areas is a plus
- Strong understanding of business processes
Dealing with AI:
- You use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in a targeted manner to support your work
You can use AI for:
- Data Analysis
- Problem structuring
- Development of initial solutions
You understand the limitations of AI and critically evaluate results
Ideally, you already have some experience integrating AI into processes or analyses
Data & Tool Expertise
- Excel (Advanced)
- Power BI / Tableau or similar tools
- SQL / Databases
- Python (for data or automation)
- Optional: Experience with automation tools or ERP/CRM systems

Do you offer apprenticeships or practical semesters?
Training young people is very important to us! We are currently employing a working student and supervising a Master's thesis. We would also like to offer apprenticeships in the future. Please get in touch with us and we will discuss the possibilities together.
What should your application include?

How does the application process work?
After our specialist departments have evaluated the applications, we like to start with a short team call so that both sides get a personal impression. If both sides can imagine working together, we will invite you to an interview. Depending on the position, we may also offer you a work trial.
Where exactly is Autarkize located?
We currently have our office in Lengenwang, but will be moving to Biessenhofen this year. Our test facility is currently located in Marktoberdorf.
