People Manager (m/f/d) – People. Strengths. Responsibility.

Work location:

Biessenhofen

In short:

You love people. Truly.

You want your work to be more than just "okay"—you want it to motivate you, give you a sense of purpose, and energize you.

You are the person who ensures that teams not only function, but thrive: through development, clarity, good communication, strong processes, and an environment where people feel safe and can exceed their own expectations.

Important: We don't have the traditional combination of technical and disciplinary leadership. No team leads, no middle management.

Professionalism develops within the team—you are the central leader for people, framework, performance, and culture.

Your mission

You will build a people setup that doesn't sound like a corporation—but rather like:

• Trust instead of control

• Development instead of stagnation

• Clarity instead of chaos

• Responsibility instead of politics

• Work that is enjoyable—because it is meaningful and makes you feel good

You make the working world so good that you don't have to constantly strive for "work-life balance"—because work isn't exhausting, it's rewarding.

What you do with us

People leadership (disciplinary)

• Disciplinary management of employees

• Regular one-on-one meetings, feedback, coaching, development discussions

• Support in conflicts and difficult situations

Recruiting (together with our HR agency)

• Management of the recruiting process in collaboration with an HR agency

• Conducting initial interviews (people fit, motivation, expectations)

• Interviews together with specialist colleagues (deep dive, case, team setup)

• Experiences that stick in your mind ("Wow. That's how I want to work.")

• Preparation and conduct of contract negotiations

Labor law & contracts

• Drafting/reviewing employment contracts, amendments, supplementary agreements

Processes, Culture & Organization

• Establishing simple, effective people processes (without bureaucracy)

• Feedback cycles, frameworks, and rituals that make teams stronger

• Close cooperation with management to actively develop culture

What you bring to the table

• Experience as a people manager/disciplinary manager (or very close to it)

• Confident handling of labor law issues (probationary period, parental leave, illness, separation)

• Recruiting is your passion—not just a side job

Your vibe

• Warm-hearted + clear: you can support people and challenge them at the same time

• Empathetic, but not soft-spoken

• Honest, direct, respectful

• You build trust—and set boundaries

• You want people to enjoy their work, not just "stick it out."

• Energy, clarity, and a genuine commitment to good cooperation

• You are structured, hands-on, and enjoy taking on responsibility

• You feel comfortable in a setup without traditional hierarchies

What you get

• A key role with a real impact on people, culture, and growth

• Creative freedom: you help build things instead of just managing them

• Recruiting in collaboration with an HR agency (you are not alone in the process)

• A team with high standards and a strong sense of ownership

• Learning, development, responsibility—lots of it

Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Customer Service, Project Support & Renewable Energy Systems

Work location:

Hybrid (87640 Biessenhofen and home office)

Our revolutionary technology is finally on the market—and interest is huge. Autarkize modular pyrolysis plants for the utilization of biomass residues, and potential customers are clamoring for them. Leads turn into projects, and discussions turn into real investment decisions. Now it's a matter of translating this momentum into sales in a clean and customer-oriented way.

We create enthusiastic customers and users—we won't settle for anything less.

At Autarkize don't just serve our customers, we inspire and support them. We don't sell "standard off-the-shelf products," but rather systems that represent a major investment for our customers and often a genuine transformation project toward a new, circular economy.

Your role in internal sales is therefore crucial: you ensure that prospects and customers feel that we take them seriously and respond to them quickly and professionally, that they sense our spirit and enthusiasm—and that nothing is left undone.

Your mission

You are the control center between customers, field service, engineering, and management, and you are responsible for ensuring that everyone is properly informed and that things move quickly. You are the reliable support for our technical sales team, enabling them to make binding commitments in the field as quickly as possible.

You bring structure to inquiries, coordinate next steps, and ensure that leads and customers are reliably looked after—with the goal of:

  • Prospective customers become actual customers
  • Customers become enthusiastic customers

What you will do

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally—don't just deal with them

You are one of the first points of contact for our leads and customers and ensure fast, clear, and friendly communication.

  • Structure and pre-qualify leads

You will help organize the lead list, follow up on information, and clearly document the status (needs, timing, decision-makers, next steps).

  • Maintain sales processes & CRM

You keep data up to date, ensure clean documentation, and help make our processes scalable (e.g., CRM).

  • Prepare offers and documents

You will assist in creating and maintaining offer documents, project overviews, customer presentations, calculation bases, and follow-ups.

  • Interface to technology & project team

You collect technical queries, coordinate internal consultations, and ensure that customers receive answers faster than they expect, without anyone having to "chase them down."

  • Ensure commitment

You remind people of next steps, coordinate appointments, keep track of timings, and bring structure to complex processes—always in a friendly but clear manner.

What you should bring with you

  • Experience in internal sales, sales support, or a commercial-technical environment (B2B)
  • Enjoyment in truly supporting customers and projects (rather than just processing tickets)
  • Excellent communication skills: friendly, engaging, precise in German and English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Structure and reliability: you maintain an overview, even when many things are happening at once
  • Interest in technical products/systems/energy topics (you don't have to be an engineer—but you want to understand what it's all about and you want to speak the language of our customers)
  • Careful approach to documents, data, and processes

• Nice to have:

 • CRM experience

 • Experience with capital goods / project business

 • Basic technical understanding (energy, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, agriculture, etc.)

What we offer

  • A highly motivated, friendly team with a genuine spirit of optimism
  • A revolutionary product that keeps getting better
  • Meaningful mission: Energy transition through circular economy
  • Technology with real impact – energy independent, CO2-free, ...
  • Responsibility and creative freedom: you help us build processes
  • Flexible working arrangements (remote/hybrid possible)
  • Collaboration on equal terms, short communication channels, quick decisions
