Your tasks
- Building controlling from the ground up: Development and implementation of a company-wide controlling system (incl. processes, tools and standards)
- Classic controlling: preparation and evaluation of budgets, forecasts and reports
- Develop financial scenarios: Build and maintain financial models and perform scenario and sensitivity analyses("what-if analyses")
- Project controlling: monitoring and controlling of plant construction projects with a seven-figure cost volume
- Strategic controlling & cost optimization: analysis and optimization of the entire process chain - from procurement and warehousing to ordering strategies and liquidity and cash flow-optimized resource planning
- ESG reporting: setting up processes and reports to meet sustainability and compliance requirements
- SPV set-up: Assistance in setting up a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the pre-financing of investments
- Financing & capital markets: support in structuring debt financing, credit lines and private equity-based models

Your tasks:
Project management & customer communication
- Responsible for the entire project management as the central contact person for our customers.
- Managing communication between customers, authorities, partners, internal departments (production, system planning, sales) and third-party trades.
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information and effective cooperation between all project participants.
Approval procedure & legal coordination
- Coordination and monitoring of approval procedures (e.g. BiMSchG, building application).

Peripheral integration

Education & Experience:

Your mission:

- Development of PLC-based control programs (Beckhoff systems) for our pyrolysis plants
- Implementation of process engineering principles in software for fully automatic system control
- Planning, creation, documentation and maintenance of automation software according to modern development principles
- Definition of the automation strategy and I&C requirements
- Cooperation with external suppliers of MSR modules (e.g. burner control) and with customers who operate control station software
- Configuration and programming of fieldbus systems (e.g. EtherCAT) and implementation of communication protocols (e.g. OPC UA, ADS) for networking with higher-level systems
- Support with commissioning - both at our production site and at the customer's site

Do you offer apprenticeships or practical semesters?
Training young people is very important to us! We are currently employing a working student and supervising a Master's thesis. We would also like to offer apprenticeships in the future. Please get in touch with us and we will discuss the possibilities together.
What should your application include?
Are you enthusiastically reading through our job advertisements but don't have your updated CV to hand? Don't let us slow you down, but send us a letter of motivation with your current job directly. We can then discuss at our leisure what we still need for the rest of the application process.
How does the application process work?
After our specialist departments have evaluated the applications, we like to start with a short team call so that both sides get a personal impression. If both sides can imagine working together, we will invite you to an interview. Depending on the position, we may also offer you a work trial.
Where exactly is Autarkize located?
We currently have our office in Lengenwang, but will be moving to Biessenhofen this year. Our test facility is currently located in Marktoberdorf.
