What we need right now is you: a strong sales professional who understands how innovation truly reaches the market—not through endless product development, but through close customer contact, honest communication, and genuine partnership. You close deals—with structure, clarity, and a genuine understanding of our customers.

For the sales team, this means, in concrete terms: You don’t just turn leads into contracts—you turn them into satisfied, convinced customers who feel well-advised, make a sound business decision, and have long-term trust in our solution.
After all, our systems aren’t a “quick buy”—they’re a major project involving investments, financing, loans, collateral, and responsibility. That’s exactly why we need someone who can close deals—but who’s just as skilled at guiding customers smoothly through the decision-making process.

 

Your tasks:

• Qualify instead of just making phone calls: You analyze how serious the customer's interest really is - and bring structure to a broad, heterogeneous lead list
• Develop & manage the customer journey: You define how our leads become customers - with clear steps, materials, and commitment
• Develop Business cases: You calculate investment calculations for individual scenarios and understand how attractive our system is economically
• Understanding & Implementing Financing Models: You’ll be involved in financing from the very beginning and will develop models in collaboration with our partners (leasing, rent-to-own, banks)
• Build up sales partners and networks: You identify suitable structures and help to shape our sales ecosystem
• Live technical understanding: You don't have to be an engineer - but you understand what our technology can do, categorize customer questions, and implement them together with our engineers

 

What you bring with you:

• Mindestens 5–7 Jahre Erfahrung im technischenB2B-Vertrieb
• Mindestens Basis-KnowHow im Bereich Energietechnikoder Energiewirtschaft

Über autarkize:

Unsere Pyrolyseanlagen sind am Markt. Die erste Kundenanlage läuft, drei weitere gehen dieses Jahr raus, für das kommende Jahr sind zehn Auslieferungen fest vereinbart – und die Nachfrage wächst schneller als das.

Jede dieser Anlagen ist ein eigenes Projekt: andere Reststoffe, andere Peripherie, andere Einbindung beim Kunden. Genau an dieser Stelle brauchen wir dich.

‍Deine Mission:

Du machst aus einer Kundenanfrage eine technisch belastbare Lösung und ein Angebot, auf das sich alle verlassen können: der Kunde, der Vertrieb und die Kolleg:innen, die die Anlage später bauen und in Betrieb nehmen.

Du schließt nicht ab. Du sorgst dafür, dass das, was abgeschlossen wird, stimmt.

Deine Aufgaben:

•   Technische Auslegung. Du entwickelst für jeden Kunden die passende Konfiguration aus Anlageund Peripherie – vom Reststoff und Mengengerüst über Aufbereitung, Trocknungund Beschickung bis zur Einbindung von Gas, Wärme und Pflanzenkohle inbestehende Prozesse.

•   Angebote. Duerstellst unsere technischen Angebote und verantwortest sie inhaltlich: Umfang,Schnittstellen, Abgrenzungen und Kalkulationsgrundlage.

•   Machbarkeit und Sonderlösungen. Geht eine Anfrage über den Standard hinaus, stimmst du dich mit demEngineering ab und sagst früh und deutlich, was machbar ist und was nicht.

•   Technische Klärung bis zum Abschluss. Du begleitest den Vertrieb in Kundenterminen, beantwortest technischeRückfragen und hältst den Faden bis zur Unterschrift.

•   Übergabe ins Projekt. Du übergibst an unser Kundenprojektmanagement, sodass keine Zusage undkeine technische Randbedingung unterwegs verloren geht.

•   Standardisierung. Aus jedem Projekt entwickelst du Bausteine, Vorlagen und Standardsweiter. Wir wollen 2030 rund 50 Anlagen pro Jahr ausliefern – das geht nur,wenn ein Angebot nicht jedes Mal bei null anfängt.

‍Was du mitbringst:

•   Studium in Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Energietechnik oder vergleichbar – alternativ Techniker:in mit einschlägiger Erfahrung

•   Mehrjährige Erfahrung in technischer Auslegungund Angebotserstellung im Anlagen-, Apparate- oder Sondermaschinenbau

•   Du kannst technische Zusammenhänge so erklären, dass ein Geschäftsführer ohne Technikhintergrund darauf eine Investitionsentscheidung stützen kann

•   Du arbeitest gerne direkt mit Kunden – am Tisch und auf dem Gelände, nicht nur per Mail

•   Sorgfalt bei Umfang und Abgrenzung: Dir ist bewusst, dass dein Angebot später ein Vertrag ist

•   Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch gut

Von Vorteil:

•   Erfahrung mit Thermoprozess-, Biogas- oder Biomasseanlagen

•   Kenntnisse in Förder- und Fluidtechnik

•   Grundverständnis von Genehmigungsverfahren(BImSchG, Baurecht)

•   Sicherer Umgang mit CRM (z. B. HubSpot) undERP

Wichtig: Was diese Rolle nichtist

•   Kein Abschlussvertrieb. Preis, Konditionen und Abschluss liegen beim Vertrieb – du verantwortest die technische Lösung und das Angebot.

•   Kein Konstruktionsarbeitsplatz. Du legst aus und grenzt ab, du konstruierst keine Bauteile.

•   Kein Vertriebsinnendienst, der Angebote nurzusammenstellt. Du entscheidest, was drinsteht.

Bisher lief die technische Auslegung im Vertrieb nebenher mit. Mit dem Hochlauf funktioniert das nicht mehr – und ein Angebot, das technisch nicht sitzt,kostet uns später im Projekt ein Vielfaches. Alles außer gewöhnlich – das ist bei uns kein Claim fürs Marketing, sondern eine Aussage über die Menschen hier. Must-haves

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise mit technischen und gewerblichen Profilen

Your tasks:

• Entwicklung von PLC-basierten Steuerungsprogrammen (Beckhoff-Systeme) für unsere Pyrolyseanlagen und der kundenindividuellen Peripherie (verkettete Anlagenteile)

- Implementation of process engineering principles in software for fully automatic system control

- Planning, creation, documentation and maintenance of automation software according to modern development principles

- Definition of the automation strategy and I&C requirements

• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lieferanten von MSR-Modulen (z. B. Brennersteuerung) sowie mit Kunden, die Leitstandsoftware betreiben

• Konfiguration und Programmierung von Feldbussystemen (z.B. EtherCAT) sowie Implementierung von Kommunikationsprotokollen (z.B. OPC UA, ADS) zur Vernetzung mit übergeordneten und verketteten Systemen

- Support with commissioning - both at our production site and at the customer's site

- Error analysis and remote support for customer systems

- Collaboration in the development and implementation of digital service concepts (e.g. remote condition monitoring, digital twin)

- Support with the documentation and approval of automation solutions with authorities

- Creation and maintenance of detailed software documentation, functional descriptions and test protocols

- Tracking technological developments in the market in order to secure the company's innovative edge (USP)

What you bring with you:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik oder Automatisierungstechnik, alternativ Weiterbildung zum Techniker (Elektrotechnik / Mechatronik)

- At least 3 years of experience in programming electrical control systems, ideally in plant or mechanical engineering

• Sicherer Umgang mit Beckhoff PLC-Systemen (Twincat 3, Twincat HMI), auch in sicherheitskritischen Anwendungen

- Confident handling of the common IEC 61131-3 languages

- Knowledge of I&C technology, mechanics and fluid technology

- Understanding of safety requirements in the area of machine controls

- Experience in working with external partners and in project management

Ideally:

- Knowledge of E-Plan or WSCAD

• Erfahrung in Prozesstechnik -> ansonsten erfolgt Ausbildung über uns

Your tasks:

 

Project Management & Client Communication

• You will be responsible for the entire project management process as the primary point of contact for our clients.
• You will manage communication between customers, government agencies, partners, internal departments (Production, Plant Planning, Sales), and third-party contractors.
• You ensure a smooth flow of information and effective collaboration among all project participants—you are the hub where everything comes together.

Approval Process & Legal Coordination

• You will coordinate and oversee permitting processes (e.g., BImSchG, building permit applications).
• You will work closely with government agencies and external consultants to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

Peripheral integration

• You will coordinate the selection and integration of plant peripherals (e.g., screening, chipping, drying, and biomass feeding) in close collaboration with our technical teams.
• You make sure that all components work together seamlessly.

Biomass Streams & Raw Material Procurement

• You will establish and organize biomass supply chains in collaboration with local partners (recycling centers, forestry operations, biomass suppliers).
• You will advise our clients on the procurement and optimization of biomass resources.

Output

• You integrate the outputs (gas, heat, biochar) into existing customer processes.
• You will develop sales channels for products, including storage and logistics solutions for biochar.

Trade control

• You will coordinate and oversee external trades carried out by third-party companies.
• You will ensure that all work is completed on time, meets quality standards, and stays within budget.

Standardization & increased efficiency

• You'll develop project standards that make future client projects more efficient.
• You identify best practices and implement them.

 

What you bring to the table: Experience & Personality

• Several years of experience in project management—ideally in plant engineering, the construction industry, or a comparable technical/industrial setting.
• Excellent communication skills—you can speak confidently with customers, government agencies, technicians, and management alike.
• Strong customer- and solution-oriented mindset—you don't think in terms of problems, but in terms of solutions.
• A structured, organized approach to work with an eye for both the details and the big picture.
• Initiative, assertiveness, and a passion for establishing standards and processes.
• Strong Interest in Energy and Plant Engineering

Preferred (not required):

• Knowledge of permitting procedures (BImSchG, building permit applications).
• First exposure to renewable energy, energy technology, or biomass.
• Experience with the Machinery Directive and ATEX Directives.
• Experience in coordinating and supervising third-party companies and external contractors.
