Your role

  • Technical implementation (data, interfaces, automation)
  • Robust IT(network, users, systems)
  • Focus on system and process development, not traditional IT

Your Responsibilities – System & Process Development (Primary Focus)

  • Development and maintenance of databases (e.g., MySQL)
  • Setting up automations (e.g., Power Automate, Make)
  • Integration of interfaces (APIs, webhooks, data integration)
  • Further Development of Digital Processes

Your Responsibilities – IT(Part-time Role)

  • Support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and user management
  • Setup of devices, networks, and access points
  • Ensuring stability and IT
  • Reducing external dependencies

What you bring with you

  • 3–5 years of experience (e.g., IT specialist, career changers)
  • SQL, JavaScript, and/or Python
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, Airtable, Notion)
  • Automation tools (Power Automate, Make)
  • Dealing with AI

You actively use AI tools to help with:  

  • Development (e.g., code, automation, APIs)  
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving  
  • You can effectively integrate AI into technical workflows
    (e.g., in automation or data processing)  
  • You handle generated code and results with care and validate them  

Ideally, initial points of contact with:  

  • LLMs  
  • API-based use of AI

Interface expertise (very important)

  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  • Understanding Data Flows
  • be able to integrate systems effectively

Also important

  • Basic understanding IT(networks, servers, VPN, security)
  • Experience with MS365 / SharePoint
  • User Management &IT

Personally important

  • High degree of personal responsibility
  • Service mindset
  • Willingness to provide support on critical issues even outside of regular working hours

Do you offer apprenticeships or practical semesters?

Training young people is very important to us! We are currently employing a working student and supervising a Master's thesis. We would also like to offer apprenticeships in the future. Please get in touch with us and we will discuss the possibilities together.

How does the application process work?

After our specialist departments have evaluated the applications, we like to start with a short team call so that both sides get a personal impression. If both sides can imagine working together, we will invite you to an interview. Depending on the position, we may also offer you a work trial.

Where exactly is Autarkize located?

We currently have our office in Lengenwang, but will be moving to Biessenhofen this year. Our test facility is currently located in Marktoberdorf.
