Your tasks:

• Konzeption, Auslegung und Konstruktion von verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen der Pyrolysetechnik

• Konstruktion und Dokumentation der Arbeitsergebnisse in P&IDs, CAD-Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und technischen Beschreibungen

• Definition und Umsetzung der Produktstrategie

• Aufbau und Einführung digitaler Tools

• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements

• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich R&D, externen Ingenieurbüros und Freelancern

What you bring with you:

• Studium oder Techniker mit Berufserfahrung (>4 Jahre) aus dem Anlagenbau, der Verfahrenstechnik oder dem Chemieingenieurwesen

• Konstruktionserfahrung verfahrenstechnischer Anlagen inkl. Auslegung, Zeichnungs- und Stücklistenhandling

• Sicherer Umgang mit Solid Works (mind. 2 Jahre)

• Erfahrung im Marktumfeld Anlagenbau (chem., petrochem., pharmazeutische Anlagen, Kraftwerke, Biogasanlagen o.ä.)

• Grund-Kenntnisse der Automatisierungstechnik und der MSR-Technologie

• Souveränität in der Darstellung von komplexen Sachverhalten (auch international)

• Kenntnisse der gängigen IT-Tools

• Englische Sprachkenntnisse

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Hands-on Mentalität

Optional:

o Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von thermischen Anlagen (Brenner, Kessel, Biogas, Pyrolyse, Müllverbrennung, ...)

o Erfahrung in der Schüttgutfördertechnik

o Berufserfahrung im Bereich Stahlbau und Schweißkonstruktionen

o Erfahrung im Umgang mit PDM- und ERP-Systemen

o Erstellung und Revision von Dokumentationen (Manuals, Zertifikate, Zeugnisse, ...)

o Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und Produktion

Your tasks:

• Entwicklung von PLC-basierten Steuerungsprogrammen (Beckhoff-Systeme) für unsere Pyrolyseanlagen und der kundenindividuellen Peripherie (verkettete Anlagenteile)

- Implementation of process engineering principles in software for fully automatic system control

- Planning, creation, documentation and maintenance of automation software according to modern development principles

- Definition of the automation strategy and I&C requirements

• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lieferanten von MSR-Modulen (z. B. Brennersteuerung) sowie mit Kunden, die Leitstandsoftware betreiben

• Konfiguration und Programmierung von Feldbussystemen (z.B. EtherCAT) sowie Implementierung von Kommunikationsprotokollen (z.B. OPC UA, ADS) zur Vernetzung mit übergeordneten und verketteten Systemen

- Support with commissioning - both at our production site and at the customer's site

- Error analysis and remote support for customer systems

- Collaboration in the development and implementation of digital service concepts (e.g. remote condition monitoring, digital twin)

- Support with the documentation and approval of automation solutions with authorities

- Creation and maintenance of detailed software documentation, functional descriptions and test protocols

- Tracking technological developments in the market in order to secure the company's innovative edge (USP)

What you bring with you:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik oder Automatisierungstechnik, alternativ Weiterbildung zum Techniker (Elektrotechnik / Mechatronik)

- At least 3 years of experience in programming electrical control systems, ideally in plant or mechanical engineering

• Sicherer Umgang mit Beckhoff PLC-Systemen (Twincat 3, Twincat HMI), auch in sicherheitskritischen Anwendungen

- Confident handling of the common IEC 61131-3 languages

- Knowledge of I&C technology, mechanics and fluid technology

- Understanding of safety requirements in the area of machine controls

- Experience in working with external partners and in project management

Ideally:

- Knowledge of E-Plan or WSCAD

• Erfahrung in Prozesstechnik -> ansonsten erfolgt Ausbildung über uns

• Detail and modification design of assemblies and individual parts of process engineering systems for pyrolysis technology
• Creating individual part and assembly drawings
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and design data
• Consideration of relevant standards and guidelines, especially in the area of welded constructions
• Transferring CAD data to PDM
• Creation and maintenance of article master data
• Support with incoming goods and warehouse management
• Support with pre-assembly and final assembly

What you bring with you:

• Must-have:
• Completed training as a technical product designer, technical draftsman or training in a metal profession with further training as a mechanical engineering technician or comparable training
• Confident handling of Solid Works (at least 2 years)
• Independent, structured and careful way of working

• Experience in working with PDM and ERP systems
• Professional experience in steel construction and welded structures

- Implementation of electrotechnical installation in Ostallgäu

- Commissioning of customer systems on site

- Collaboration in the further development of the electrical department and its processes, including

- Carrying out electrical planning (control cabinet, circuit diagrams, sensors, actuators)

- Support in the further development of our automation software (Beckhoff TwinCAT)

- Collaboration in the development and implementation of digital service offerings

- Cooperation with software development in R&D

What you bring with you:

Must-have:

- Completed electrical training (e.g. electronics technician for industrial engineering)

- Practical experience in electrical installation and cabling

- Experience in PLC programming (Beckhoff) and willingness to familiarize yourself deeply with PLC software

- Knowledge of machine/plant control (ideally thermoprocess or biogas plants)

- Basic knowledge of mechanics and fluid technology

- Confident handling of E-Plan or WSCAD

- Driving license class B - all other classes welcome

- Ability to work in a team, hands-on mentality and desire to get things done

- Further training as a master electrician or technician in the field of electrical engineering/automation
