Your Role with Us
• Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für unsere Bilanzbuchhaltung – von der Vorbereitung bis zum fertigen Monats- und Jahresabschluss nach HGB
• Du bearbeitest Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen und die Anlagenbuchhaltung und behältst dabei den Überblick über alle relevanten Konten
• Ausgangsrechnungen in unserem Projektgeschäft verantwortest du fachlich – von Anzahlungs- und Teilrechnungen bis zur Schlussrechnung, inklusive korrekter umsatzsteuerlicher Behandlung.
• Du stimmst dich eng mit Steuerberater:in und Wirtschaftsprüfer:in ab und bereitest die nötigen Unterlagen auf
• Belege erfasst du digital und sorgst für eine saubere, nachvollziehbare Buchführung

Autarkize develops modular plant solutions for the recycling of biomass residues. Our technology is innovative, efficient - and ready for the market. It not only helps to protect the climate, but also offers our customers an economically highly attractive solution to real problems.
The position is available on both a part-time and full-time basis—what’s important to us is courage, curiosity, an open mindset, and the ability to work well with others. Your manager is based in Berlin and is therefore mostly available remotely.
You’ll still have a great social life, though, because a really nice team is waiting for you here in Biessenhofen.
Your Role with Us
- Day-to-day financial accounting is your specialty: We’ll bring it in-house, and you’ll manage it independently—from posting entries to handling day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable
- You can digitally record receipts and easily keep track of everything
- You can easily manage your travel expenses using our digital expense tracker (PLEO)
- You have full control over your payment transactions, including open-item lists and the dunning process
- And because we’re a real team, you’ll be happy to pitch in beyond just the numbers—whether it’s event planning, small purchases, or other back-office tasks that round out our day-to-day work
What you bring with you
- Completed business training
- In-depth knowledge of day-to-day bookkeeping and the ability to post entries independently
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in using common Office tools
- Practical experience with DATEV accounting software and experience with ERP systems are a plus.

Do you offer apprenticeships or practical semesters?
Training young people is very important to us! We are currently employing a working student and supervising a Master's thesis. We would also like to offer apprenticeships in the future. Please get in touch with us and we will discuss the possibilities together.
What should your application include?
Are you enthusiastically reading through our job advertisements but don't have your updated CV to hand? Don't let us slow you down, but send us a letter of motivation with your current job directly. We can then discuss at our leisure what we still need for the rest of the application process.
How does the application process work?
After our specialist departments have evaluated the applications, we like to start with a short team call so that both sides get a personal impression. If both sides can imagine working together, we will invite you to an interview. Depending on the position, we may also offer you a work trial.
Where exactly is Autarkize located?
We currently have our office in Lengenwang, but will be moving to Biessenhofen this year. Our test facility is currently located in Marktoberdorf.
